Fashion Concept Branding ｜ 2024

NANX is a self-initiated fashion brand concept for a young, style-conscious audience across Asia. I developed its positioning and brand presentation, including the mission, proposed collection, sustainability messaging, and e-commerce direction. I then styled and directed a lookbook that moves from playful everyday wear to polished work looks and expressive evening pieces. Beyond the images, I considered how the brand might be experienced across TikTok, Taobao, and Shopify—connecting visual content with the ways people discover, explore, and shop for fashion.

P008 → Darkness Inside Princess

Darkness Inside Princess is a fashion lookbook that reimagines fairy-tale princesses beyond their familiar, idealized images. Drawing on the original Andersen and Grimm stories, I developed the concept through garments, styling, photography, and layout, using each to explore the vulnerability beneath the fantasy. The project asks what these characters might look and feel like when their struggles are allowed to remain visible—not just the beauty of their stories.

P009 → Galactic  Ark

Galactic Ark is a physical identity for a fictional album release. I designed the CD cover, inserts, and sticker set as parts of one collectible experience, using cosmic motifs, layered typography, and bilingual lettering to give the imagined music a world of its own. The project explores how packaging can create anticipation before someone presses play—and how graphic details across multiple pieces can make a concept feel cohesive and tangible.

P010 → “Syntherra”

Syntherra is an editorial concept exploring the tension between artificial structure and organic decay. As creative director and stylist, I developed the visual narrative, styling language, and prop design—merging chrome textures, synthetic silhouettes, and thorn-like sculptural elements to evoke a world where beauty feels both engineered and untamed. The shoot draws from themes of futuristic survival, softness under threat, and nature adapting to a digitized world. Every element—from pose references to material contrasts—was intentionally styled to blur the boundary between the fabricated and the feral.
